Ein Urteil des kanadischen höchsten Gerichts wird von vielen Beobachtern als harter Schlag für die Pressefreiheit eingestuft. Der Versuch, umfassenden Quellenschutz für alle Formen von Medien durchzusetzen, wurde von den Richtern abgelehnt.

Naja so schlimm ist das Urteil nun nicht:

In manchen Fällen sogar nachvollziehbar:
