Blogspot und DMCA - WTF??

Hallo,

ich habe in einem Blog über Blogspot ein paar Musikmixe die ich selbst gemixt habe online gestellt damit meine Freunde sie dort laden können, ohne das ich ständig meine Externe Platte von A nach B fahren muss. Nun habe ich heute eine Mail von Blogspot bekommen:

Mmh, was heisst das nun? Das nur mein Beitrag entfernt wurde oder muss ich mit weiteren Unannehmlichkeiten rechnen? War mir ehrlich gesagt nicht bewusst was unrechtes getan zu haben.

entfernt wurde er nicht, er ist für die Öffentlichkeit und potentielle Rechteinhaber nicht mehr erreichbar

google/blogger gibt Dir die chance den post zu editieren .d.h die musik zu entfernen .

per Ordner welche Du Deinen Freunden frei gibst

bei 4 freunden
2gb + 4x0,25gb (max 10gb)

Die Freunde können jeder 2,25gb nutzen + 3gb abonierte Musikordner von Dir
( für die errechneten 5,25gb lege ich jetzt nicht die Hand ins Feuer, müsste aber so sein )

Eine Software im Hintergrund lädt die musikstücke nach dem Speichern hoch und bei Deinen Freunden automatisch runter sobald sie online gehen.

Aber rechtliches habe ich nicht zu befürchten durch diese DMCA-Geschichte?
