Weil in Apples Shop seine Songs ohne sein Einverständnis verkauft werden, hat Rapper Eminem Klage eingereicht. Mehrere Millionen Dollar schwer sind die Forderungen Eminems, dessen Vorgehensweise jedoch verwundert: denn eigentlich sollte er sich an sein Label Universal halten, das die Rechte an iTunes vertickte - offenbar ohne sein Einverständnis.

Eminems Publisher, Eight Mile Style und Martin Affiliated haben seinem Label Universal nie erlaubt, Downloads anzubieten. Insofern nimmt es Wunder, dass nun an Apple eine Unterlassungsaufforderung geht, in dem der Shop aufgefordert wird, den Vertrieb von Eminems Songs sofort einzustellen. Apple lehnte ab.
Der Grund: wie immer das liebe Geld. Apple führt von den üblichen 99 Cent pro Song 70 Cent an das Label ab. Dieses wiederum gibt an die Publisher

Noch etwas zu "Hip-Hop" = "Schwachkopf":

Hip-Hop ist ein sehr weit reichender Begriff, wenn jmd. sagt:
Aggro-Mugge = Schwachkopf, okay!
Aber es gibt richtig gute Seiten am Hip-Hop, z.B.: Dendemann, Clueso, Curse, Such a Surge, etc., etc.
Also bitte nicht mit einer Verallgemeinerung kommen...das hat noch nie gut funktioniert und ein tragendes Argument ist es ja auch kaum...

Zum Thema Hip Hop und Eminem, ich mag auch kein Hip-Hop aber Eminem ist so ziemlich der Einzige der mir gefällt, weil seine Musik um einiges Geistreicher ist als das was wir so anzubieten haben...

Zum Thema Musik verklagen hier illegal dort nicht erlaubt, hier eine Anlage dort ist es denn wieder legal blablablabla...
Wer sieht da denn noch durch?

Wieso beschweren sich die Millionenschweren Menschen das sie für ihre Musik zu wenig bekommen, wieso tuen es nicht die armen Straßenmusiker?

Warum müssen Schwachköpfe behaupten das gewisse Musik nur für Schwachköpfe ist? Könnt ihr nicht beim Thema bleiben? Oder einfach mal garnix schreiben? Ist das so schwer?

Und damit ich beim Thema bleibe.....an seiner Stelle hätte ich wohl ähnlich gehandelt, ich meine, es kann ja nicht so schwer sein für Apple einfach mal zu fragen ob man die Musik des jeweiligen Künstlers auch anbieten darf.....

ich hätt auch so gehandelt...ich mein was soll der mist. auch wenn der soviel geld hat, er unterstütz ja auch maßig hiolfsprojekte und andere weniger bekannte musiker...50 cent is auch nur durch eminem so gut "rausgekommen".
